Help the Children is a nonprofit Christian humanitarian relief organization dedicated to help alleviate the suffering of children and their families throughout the United States and around the world.

Help the Children’s mission is to increase self sufficiency by providing food, clothing, personal care items and medical supplies without regard to political affiliation, religious belief, or ethnic identity.

Internationally, Help the Children is committed to serving people with diverse cultural and economic strata. We strive to meet their emotional, spiritual and physical needs with Christ based principles.

"Love Piru" A Great Success
Much needed Food and Personal Hygiene Items were distributed in Piru just north of Los Angeles on our Volunteer Day June 6th.
Help the Children partnered with "Action", their slogan "Taking it to the Streets"; Action is a group of 60 organizations from Ventura County. On this day their mission was to revitalize the little town of Piru

Guatemala Ground Breaking!
Great news from Guatemala! Grounding breaking has begun! Help the Children starts the building of the Guatemala Hospital scheduled to be completed by 2010. (May 25, 2009)

Volunteer Day in the City of Piru! What A Wonderful Outreach Experience! Help the Children recently provided enough food, paint, supplies, and personal hygiene items for 350 families in the City of Piru. I had no idea what to expect when asked by Calvary Community Church to be one of the representatives of Help the Children to participate in the volunteer day held in the City of Piru on Saturday, June 6, 2009.
